Full job description

UDAAAN Group is seeking skilled and proactive Corporate Communication Officer to manage institutional relationships, business tie-ups, and executive coordination. The role requires strong communication, client relationship management, and administrative skills to build partnerships with colleges, universities, and academic institutions while ensuring seamless coordination of communication channels and executive schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with clients, including colleges, universities, and other academic institutions.
Identify and acquire new academic institutions for strategic B2B partnerships/tie-ups.
Act as the primary point of contact for institutional communication and managing professional business communication, including emails and proposals
Coordinate regular follow-ups with prospective and existing institutional partners.
Handle official calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director's desk.
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel schedules, and itinerary planning.
Maintain records of meetings, communications, and partnership progress reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience in corporate communications, client relationship management, business development, or academic liaison roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
