HUBSPOT MARKETING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution and health of the HubSpot environment in Argentina. Our client offers a comprehensive suite of billing, payments, and software solutions for professional services firms.

You will be hands-on across email marketing, automation workflows, CRM data quality, and platform enablement, reporting to the Marketing Operations Director. Also, you will implement and maintain, working from a clear direction while bringing enough HubSpot knowledge to flag opportunities and handle configuration independently.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot working with Enterprise Accounts over multiple businesses (knowledge of Marketing Hub).
Expertise in building and managing workflows with complex branching logic and custom fields.
Understanding of managing list segmentation and email QA processes, including UTM verification and form submission testing.
Familiarity with HubSpot-Salesforce native integration behavior.
Working knowledge of UTM naming conventions and tracking best practices.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working in messy data environments.
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technical stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVE

Familiarity with Sales Hub.
HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Marketing Hub Implementation, or similar).
Familiarity with HubSpot Operations Hub or data sync tools.
Experience with project management or ticketing systems such as Asana or Jira.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and QA marketing emails end-to-end, including audience segment selection, A/B test configuration, copy and image review, send-time logic, and suppression list management.
Own the full pre-send audit: verify all links are functional, confirm UTM parameters are accurate and follow naming conventions, and validate that destination pages load correctly.
Test form submissions triggered from email clicks to confirm they submit successfully and produce the correct tracking outcomes in HubSpot.
Partner with marketing stakeholders to ensure emails meet brand standards and adhere to delivery best practices before launch.
Build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows in HubSpot, including enrollment triggers, branching logic, timed delays, internal notifications, and custom property updates.
Document workflows clearly and audit existing automations regularly to identify gaps, redundancies, or broken logic.
Own ongoing cleanup of contacts, companies, and deals in HubSpot, including identifying and merging duplicate records, removing test submissions and junk form entries, and standardizing property values.
Maintain a working understanding of the HubSpot-Salesforce integration, including how records sync between systems, field mappings, and common points of failure.
Coordinate with Sales Ops or RevOps as needed to troubleshoot sync issues and ensure data consistency across platforms.
Monitor HubSpot product updates and flag relevant new features or capabilities to the Marketing Operations Director.
Support the evaluation and rollout of new features, including basic research, configuration, and testing as needed.
