Your future role
Step into a high-impact leadership role where engineering meets innovation at scale.
You’ll lead and grow a multi-disciplinary global product engineering organization, partnering closely with teams across regions to drive New Product Development (NPD), Value Engineering, and Sustaining Engineering.

That said, here’s what will help you succeed:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or related)

15+ years of experience, with strong exposure to global engineering environments
-
Proven leadership experience in product engineering or similar domains
-
Strong understanding of NPD, sustaining, and value engineering models
-
Ability to lead in a complex, matrixed, global setup
-
A natural collaborator who can influence across cultures and functions
