Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from various recruitment platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Support in preparing and updating HR documents, records, and reports.
Help in onboarding new employees and ensuring completion of joining formalities.
Assist in maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
Participate in employee engagement activities and internal events.
Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
