This approach allows us to better understand candidates’ technical thinking, problem-solving ability, and suitability for working in our startup environment.

Expectation Walkers GenAI Research & Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Junior AI Developer to work on real-world AI-powered platforms and modern web applications.

Responsibilities

Assist in building AI-powered web applications
Work on full-stack development using modern technologies
Build and manage Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Hosting)
Integrate AI APIs and automation tools into applications
Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
Support debugging, testing, and performance improvements
Collaborate with developers on feature development and deployment

Required Skills

Basic coding knowledge in any programming language
Interest in Artificial Intelligence and software development
Willingness to learn new technologies and development frameworks
Strong problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of web or software development concepts
Interest in AI tools, APIs, or automation platforms
Personal or academic projects demonstrating coding or software development

Internship Requirement

A minimum 1-month internship is compulsory as part of the evaluation process before full employment consideration.
