Role Description

This is a full-time entry-level role for a Business Development Associate, located in Mumbai. The Business Development Assistant will work directly with upper management and support them with their day-to-day business activities. Responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying and organizing leads, assisting with customer and supplier communication, preparing quotations and presentations, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining business databases and records. The role will also involve supporting management with ongoing projects, meetings, product research, and developing new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
Ability to conduct market research and gather, analyze, and organize information effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and professional email communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while working closely with upper management.
Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently when required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Science, or any related field preferred.
0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
