What We’re Looking For
We are specifically looking for engineers whose recent experience (last 2–3 years) has been heavily backend-oriented.
Strong candidates typically have hands-on experience in:

Core Responsibilities
Backend Engineering
· Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
· Architect REST APIs, GraphQL services, and event-driven systems
· Build high-performance distributed systems capable of handling large-scale workloads
· Implement async processing pipelines using queues and messaging systems
· Optimize backend latency, throughput, and reliability
System Design & Scalability
· Design scalable microservices architectures
· Solve production bottlenecks involving APIs, databases, queues, and infrastructure
· Improve performance through caching, indexing, partitioning, and query optimization
· Build resilient systems with retries, idempotency, monitoring, and observability
AI & Intelligent Workflows
· Work on AI-driven workflows, orchestration systems, and automation pipelines
· Integrate LLM-powered systems into backend products
· Build scalable backend foundations for AI-enabled products
· Collaborate on future-ready AI engineering initiatives
Cloud & Infrastructure
· Deploy and maintain cloud-native applications
· Work with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
· Contribute to infrastructure reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence
· Participate in production incident debugging and root-cause analysis
Required Technical Skills
