Full job description

Role Introduction

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Freelance PPC Manager to own and evolve our global B2B search engine marketing (SEM) strategy. In this role, you won’t just be managing keywords; you’ll be a pivotal driver of our pipeline, responsible for connecting our solutions with high-intent business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, ensuring alignment with overall B2B marketing objectives.
Full-Funnel Optimization: Manage the transition from lead capture to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead), optimizing bidding strategies based on CRM data and lead quality.
Keyword & Competitive Research: Conduct deep-dive research into industry-specific long-tail keywords and monitor competitor landscapes to maintain a dominant Share of Voice (SOV).
A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Constantly test ad copy, extensions, and dedicated B2B landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Reporting & Analytics: Provide weekly and monthly performance deep-dives, translating complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
Budget Management: Rigorously manage monthly spends, ensuring optimal pacing and high ROI/ROAS across various product lines or regions.

Requirements

Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search, specifically within a B2B SaaS or professional services environment.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to manipulate data in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to find the "story" behind the numbers.
Strategic Writing: Ability to write compelling, professional ad copy that resonates with C-suite and Director-level personas.
Certification: Current Google Ads certifications are preferred.

Pay: ₹340.00 - ₹400.00 per hour
