Job Description – Sales Manager / Executive Assistant

Position: Sales Manager / Executive Assistant
Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Location: Anywhere in India
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month, depending on experience and role requirements

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 35 years of age
Married
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
Good English communication skills – verbal and written
Must have a personal laptop with a reliable internet connection
Strong sales, client-handling, and relationship-management skills
Mature, responsible, and professional approach
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good organizational and time-management skills
Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, email, WhatsApp, and online meeting platforms

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales activities, leads, and client follow-ups.
Handle client communication and relationship management.
Assist senior management with schedules, meetings, coordination, and follow-ups.
Maintain sales reports, records, and customer information.
Coordinate appointments and business activities.
Track leads and follow-ups.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of business and client information.
Work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.

Ideal Candidate

A mature and experienced professional with good English communication, sales, coordination, and executive-support skills, capable of taking responsibility and working effectively in a remote environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
