The Opportunity
We’re looking for passionate Coding Instructors who believe in our mission and have the expertise to teach coding to young learners.
You’ll join a growing community of educators who make coding accessible, exciting, and meaningful for students across India and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Teach coding live to K-12 students through our online platform, making lessons fun, interactive, and age-appropriate
- Inspire curiosity - help students discover the joy of building apps, games, and websites from an early age
- Assess and guide - track student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive, encouraging feedback
- Engage with parents - conduct regular feedback sessions with parents/guardians to share progress and address concerns
- Grow as an educator - participate in ongoing training sessions, teacher development programs, and curriculum updates
What We’re Looking ForMust-Have:
- Graduate in CS / IT / Computer Applications (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent)
- Age preffered - 24yrs - 50yrs
- Strong programming fundamentals - comfortable with at least one language (Python, JavaScript, Scratch, Java, etc.)
- Excellent English communication - clear, patient, and able to simplify complex concepts for young learners
- Reliable setup - laptop/desktop with camera, microphone, and stable internet (≥10 Mbps)
Good to Have:
- Teaching experience - prior experience in EdTech, tutoring, or classroom instruction
- Familiarity with K-12 CS education - understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy and curriculum design
- Growth mindset - eagerness to learn new technologies and teaching methodologies
Availability & Commitment
- Minimum 50 hours per month
- Weekends are key: Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory; longer weekend hours are preferred
- Flexible weekday slots - choose hours that work best for you
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn INR 30,000 - 80,000 per month
- INR 200-500 per class depending on student region, day vs night shift, and weekend bonus
