Job Role: As a Freelance HR Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT domains, connecting the right people with the right opportunities. You operate independently, think strategically, and close positions like a pro. This is a performance-driven, commission-based role where your earnings grow with every successful closure. No cap. No ceiling. Just pure potential with flexible work timings.

- Job position: Freelance HR Recruiter
- Qualification: +2, Diploma, Bachelors or Masters in any stream
- Experience: 2-10 yrs
- Job Location: Remote (WFH)
- Candidates from Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula), Kharar, Zirakpur, Punjab, Himachal, Delhi NCR will be given first preference
- Salary Package: Commission on every successful closure + Amazing Incentives

Skills required:
- Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT recruitment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions
- Good at screening and interviewing candidates
- Result-oriented mindset with a passion for closures
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities
- Good hands on LinkedIn, Indeed and Naukri portal.
- Must be an open-minded, curious and strong problem solver.
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time.
- Ability to manage data and work efficiently
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to successful onboarding
- Collaborate with management to identify current and future hiring needs
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and references
- Design, update, and publish compelling job descriptions and job advertisements
- Screen and shortlist CVs based on client requirements and role fit
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients
- Perform reference checks and validate candidate credentials
- Develop and execute structured recruitment strategies for effective closures
- Build and maintain a strong, future-ready talent pipeline
- Track and manage candidate data systematically across IT and Non-IT roles
