Job Summary:
The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing, Sales and Service, Commerce. Join our Strategy & Consulting GN-Song team, where we partner with leading global clients to transform customer engagement across sales, service, and marketing. As a Senior Manager, you will play a strategic role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Sprinklr Marketing solutions while driving broader MarTech and AdTech initiatives

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and optimization of Sprinklr Marketing, leveraging its AI-driven automation for campaign execution, content planning, and omnichannel engagement.
Integrate Sprinklr Social Listening with marketing platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, and CDPs) to create data-enriched, sentiment-driven campaigns that enhance personalization and engagement.
Utilize Sprinklr’s AI-powered Social Listening to analyze consumer sentiment, monitor brand perception, and extract actionable insights, feeding them into marketing automation workflows for real-time campaign optimization.

Assess marketing performance across email, social media, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and web analytics, leveraging AI and predictive analytics to refine strategies.
Develop and execute omnichannel campaign strategies, ensuring insights from social listening influence content creation, audience segmentation, and media spend allocation.
Advise clients on MarTech/AdTech stack optimization, ensuring seamless integration between Sprinklr’s Unified CXM platform and leading marketing automation tools for end-to-end campaign orchestration.
Design AI-driven customer engagement frameworks, leveraging Sprinklr’s (or other equivalent) real-time consumer insights to trigger contextual marketing actions across digital channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners (technology providers, marketing agencies, and internal stakeholders) to drive scalable and insight-driven marketing solutions.
Drive business development and thought leadership, shaping client proposals and identifying new opportunities that leverage Sprinklr’s Social Listening and Marketing capabilities in conjunction with enterprise MarTech ecosystems.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Understanding MarTech/AdTech Platforms and integrations
Strong understanding of customer experience management and marketing automation
Cross functional collaboration
Campaign automation, content planning, Sprinklr marketing & Social Listening

Additional Information:

Proven working experience (6+ Years) in digital marketing and in delivering marketing solutions, particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom, Healthcare etc.)
Strong understanding of marketing, marketing technologies and ability to apply technology know-how to better how our clients reach out to their customers.
Proficient with implementation of MarTech platforms and experience of AdTech platforms, Data visualization platforms and Cloud Platforms
Deliver and execute on technical design solutions, customizing where required, using Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong understanding of data structures and hands on experience on Mar-tech tools such as Adobe campaign, Marketo, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, Pega decisioning, SFMC
Strong experience in leading and managing email, social media listening, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Strong knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Adobe analytics, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
Ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization
