Designation –Corporate Banking Relationship Manager-
Location : Hyderabad.
Reporting to Managing Director.
Total Experience: 5 to 10 yrs of Work Experience in Corporate Banking in Hyderabad location only.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA)
Clients: Corporate clients, typically managing a portfolio of around 100 high-value relationships
A Corporate Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, understanding their complex financial needs. A Relationship Manager (RM) in a chit fund is primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth through sales/marketing, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The role often involves field work, collection support, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and deepen strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client inquiries and concerns, building trust and rapport to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities within the existing portfolio and through networking/referrals to acquire new "New to Bank" (NTB) corporate clients. Achieve sales and revenue targets across various financial products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, promote chit fund schemes and other financial products (e.g., insurance, mutual funds), and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Financial Solutions & Advisory: Understand clients' financial requirements, including working capital needs, trade finance, corporate loans, debt syndication, and treasury services. Provide expert, customized advice and solutions that align with their business goals.
- Portfolio and Risk Management: Monitor client portfolio performance, manage account activity, conduct credit assessments, and ensure compliance with risk management frameworks and KYC/AML guidelines.
- Collaboration and Service Delivery: Coordinate with internal stakeholders (credit, operations, legal, treasury, product teams) to ensure seamless, 360-degree service delivery and prompt resolution of client issues.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide relevant advice and identify new opportunities.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems, prepare detailed financial reports, and present performance reviews and business proposals to clients and senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
- Financial Acumen: In-depth understanding of banking products, corporate finance, financial analysis, and the ability to interpret financial statements.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and negotiating effectively with high-value clients.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical mindset to assess client needs, evaluate risks, and provide effective solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust, rapport, and long-lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
