Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Wedding Sales Manager to manage wedding gifting enquiries and coordinate with clients throughout the sales process. The role involves understanding customer requirements, suggesting suitable gifting solutions, preparing quotations, coordinating customization, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of presentation and aesthetics, and the ability to manage multiple wedding orders while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle enquiries for wedding gifts, hampers, invitation boxes, return gifts, and customized gifting solutions.
Understand client requirements, wedding themes, budgets, quantities, and timelines.
Recommend appropriate gifting products and customized solutions.
Generate leads through enquiries, references, social media, events, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and order details accurately.
Coordinate with designers, production teams, vendors, and suppliers for customized orders.
Track order status from confirmation to production and final delivery.
Ensure all customized products meet the approved design, quality, and quantity requirements.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, orders, payments, and customer details.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Build strong relationships with wedding planners, event managers, decorators, and corporate/wedding clients.
Support wedding exhibitions, events, showcases, and client meetings when required.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure orders are delivered within committed timelines.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused approach with good relationship-building abilities.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and conversion skills.
Good understanding of wedding gifting and premium customer expectations.
Creative eye for presentation, packaging, and gifting concepts.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure during peak wedding seasons.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales, wedding planning, gifting, luxury retail, events, hospitality, or customer relationship management.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Monthly sales and revenue achievement.
Lead-to-order conversion rate.
Number of new clients acquired.
Repeat and referral business.
Timely follow-up on enquiries.
Order accuracy and on-time delivery.
Customer satisfaction and relationship management.
