Graphic Designer cum Web Developer

About the Role
MGCo Legal is looking for a Graphic Designer cum Web Developer who can independently handle website-related work as well as graphic designing requirements. We are looking for a responsible and execution-focused professional who can take ownership of tasks and complete them within deadlines.
Note: This is not a training or internship position. Candidates must have practical working experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics, social media creatives, banners, brochures and marketing materials.
- Create professional designs using Canva (mandatory) and other design tools.
- Develop, manage, and maintain company websites.
- Handle website updates, content uploads and troubleshooting.
- Manage hosting, domains, cPanel, emails and deployment-related tasks.
- Coordinate with management for branding and digital requirements.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within timelines.
Mandatory Skills Graphic Designing
- Strong command of Canva (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Ability to create professional social media posts, banners, presentations and marketing creatives independently
Web Development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with WordPress (Mandatory)
- Basic understanding of PHP and/or Node.js
- Knowledge of MySQL or similar databases
- Experience with hosting, cPanel, domain management and website deployment
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience (Mandatory)
- Degree/Diploma in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, IT, Computer Science, Graphic Design or related field
- Must have a portfolio or live projects to demonstrate skills
- Candidates must be able to work independently without constant supervision
Screening Process
- Practical skills assessment may be conducted.
- Candidates will be evaluated based on actual work capability and problem-solving skills.
- Only candidates with real working experience will be shortlisted.
Probation & Appraisal
- Initial 3-month probation period.
- Performance will be reviewed during the probation period.
- Candidates demonstrating strong performance, ownership and consistent delivery may be considered for a salary appraisal after successful completion of probation.
