About The Senaabhyas Educational Center
The Senaabhyas Educational Center is a reputed educational and defence-preparation institute in Agra. We are looking for a responsible, accurate, and experienced Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting, billing, financial records, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts and financial transactions.
- Handle bills, invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
- Maintain accounts using Tally.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Record and monitor income, expenses, fees, and other transactions.
- Maintain proper physical and digital financial records.
- Manage cash and bank transaction records.
- Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Track pending payments and expenses.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and organizational information.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must have practical knowledge of Tally.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Previous experience handling accounts, bills, invoices, and financial records.
- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day accounting responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with 1–3 years of practical accounting experience will be preferred.
Experience in maintaining accounts for an educational institution, school, coaching institute, or similar organization will be an advantage.
