Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales for aluminium doors, windows, partitions, glazing systems, and related products. The role includes identifying potential clients such as builders, architects, contractors, interior designers, and homeowners, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, and converting leads into confirmed orders.
The candidate will coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1) Lead Generation
a) Identify and develop new business opportunities.
b) Approach builders, architects, contractors, interior designers, and developers.
c) Generate leads through market visits, references, and networking.
2) Client Meetings & Site Visits
a) Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements.
b) Visit construction sites for measurements and project discussions.
c) Coordinate with technical/design team for feasibility.
3) Product Presentation
a) Explain product features such as:
i) Aluminium sliding windows
ii) Casement windows
iii) Folding doors
iv) Glass partitions
v) ACP cladding
vi) Toughened glass systems
4) Quotation & Follow-up
a) Prepare and share quotations with clients.
b) Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
c) Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
5) Order Coordination
a) Confirm order specifications with design and production teams.
b) Ensure proper documentation of orders.
c) Coordinate with installation team for project scheduling.
6) Customer Relationship Management
a) Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
b) Handle client queries and complaints professionally.
c) Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
7) Sales Reporting
a) Maintain daily sales activity reports.
b) Update CRM / software (Zoho Projects or company system).
c) Track leads, quotations, orders, and payments.
8) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
a) Monthly sales targets achieved
b) Number of new clients acquired
c) Lead conversion ratio
d) Project value generated
e) Client satisfaction and repeat orders
9) Required Skills
a) Strong communication and negotiation skills
b) Basic technical understanding of aluminium doors/windows
c) Ability to handle site visits and client meetings
d) Good coordination and follow-up skills
e) Knowledge of MS Excel / CRM / Sales Software
Qualification
a) Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field
Experience
a) 1–4 years experience in sales
a. Preference for candidates from:
i. Aluminium / Glass industry
ii. Construction materials
iii. Building products
Additional Requirements
a) Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
b) Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
