Key Responsibilities

Safely transport cheques, signed documents, agreements, legal papers, and confidential company records between Agra, Lucknow, and other assigned locations.
Coordinate with company offices for the collection and delivery of official documents.
Visit banks for cheque deposits, collections, account-related documentation, and other banking formalities.
Submit and collect documents from government departments, statutory authorities, corporate offices, and vendor locations.
Maintain accurate records of document dispatch, receipt, and acknowledgements.
Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks while maintaining document confidentiality.
Coordinate with internal departments for urgent deliveries and operational requirements.
Assist in office administration and other field-related assignments as directed by management.
Carry out local procurement and vendor coordination whenever required.
Ensure compliance with company policies while handling sensitive and financial documents.
Provide regular updates to reporting managers regarding travel schedules and task completion.

Travel Requirements

Frequent travel between Agra and Lucknow is mandatory.
Occasional travel to other cities may be required based on business needs.
The candidate should be comfortable with same-day and overnight travel whenever necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
1–3 years of experience in field operations, office administration, courier coordination, banking work, or a similar role.
Freshers with a responsible attitude and willingness to travel may also apply.
Valid Driving Licence is preferred.
Ability to travel independently by train, bus, taxi, or company vehicle.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and smartphone applications (WhatsApp, Google Maps, etc.).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
