This Role Is Not for Everyone

We are building a high-performance engineering team in a company that is growing 2x every year.

Vendors (including developing new ones)

This is a learning curve most engineers take 3-5 years to get - you get it in months.

Career Growth (Based on Performance, Not Time)

0-6 months: Learn fast, execute, prove yourself
6-12 months: Move into Junior Engineer / Team Leader roles
Beyond: Growth is uncapped - depends on output, not experience

What You Will Be Expected to Do

Work on real production and process challenges

Who Should Apply

B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical)
0-1 year experience
High energy, self-driven, serious about growth
Willing to work on the shop floor and learn the ground reality
Strong ownership mindset

Compensation

₹20,000/month for first 6 months
After 6 months: Performance-based salary revision

(High performers grow fast - no fixed ceiling mindset)
