Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote pathology and diagnostic laboratory services. The role involves generating patient referrals, building relationships with doctors and healthcare providers, increasing brand awareness, and driving business growth for the laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

Promote pathology lab services (blood tests, health packages, home collection services, etc.) to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
Generate patient referrals and increase test volumes for the lab.
Conduct field visits, doctor meetings, and medical camp promotions.
Explain lab test profiles, reports turnaround time, and special packages to clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the referral network.
Organize health camps, corporate tie-ups, and community awareness programs.
Follow up with clients and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal lab, phlebotomy, and customer service teams for smooth execution of services.
Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, conversions, and market feedback.
Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management.
Support digital marketing initiatives when required (WhatsApp campaigns, email outreach, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in healthcare/pharma/diagnostic marketing (freshers may apply in some cases).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build professional relationships with doctors and healthcare staff.
Fieldwork-oriented with willingness to travel locally.
Basic understanding of pathology tests and diagnostic services.
Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

Experience in pathology lab marketing or medical representative (MR) role.
Existing doctor network in the assigned area.
Knowledge of CRM tools or reporting systems.
Experience in home collection or diagnostic service promotion.

Working Conditions

Field-based role with regular hospital/clinic visits.
May require extended hours depending on targets and campaigns.
Frequent local travel within assigned territory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of doctor visits per day/week.
New doctor onboarding and referral generation.
Monthly test volume growth.
Conversion rate from leads to confirmed tests.
Revenue generated from assigned territory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
