Position: Tele Sales ConsultantLocation:

Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Department:

Sales & Customer Acquisition

Reporting To:

Sales Manager / Founder

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, events, and promotions.
Educate customers about Gauneeti's A2 Milk, A2 Bilona Ghee, dairy products, wellness products, and subscription plans.
Convert inquiries into trial orders, subscriptions, and repeat purchases.
Follow up with existing customers to increase retention and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Coordinate with delivery and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Generate referrals and customer testimonials whenever possible.
Conduct feedback and satisfaction calls to strengthen customer relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Call Center operations.
Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Passion for health, wellness, organic, and natural products will be an added advantage.
Comfortable using CRM software, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
