Full job description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, attendance management, performance support, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures the travel agency attracts, develops, and retains talented employees while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
Coordinate interviews with department managers.
Prepare offer letters and manage the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Complete documentation for new hires, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
Coordinate employee exit formalities and exit interviews.

Attendance & Leave Management

Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Ensure attendance data is accurate for payroll processing.
Address attendance-related queries and discrepancies.

Employee Engagement

Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee well-being.
Assist in resolving employee concerns and grievances.

Required Skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Experience

Experience hiring for travel consultants, visa executives, ticketing staff, sales executives, customer support, and operations personnel.
Familiarity with HRMS and attendance management systems.
Understanding of shift scheduling and workforce planning in the travel industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,180.87 per month
