WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR OPTICAL ADVISOR

We are looking for an experienced, confident and patient-focused Senior Optical Advisor to join our premium eye care team.
This is not a conventional sales position. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of premium ophthalmic lenses and be able to provide patients with expert, personalized guidance based on their prescription, lifestyle, visual needs and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized optical counselling to patients
- Recommend appropriate spectacle lenses and frames based on individual visual needs
- Be well versed in premium and high-end lens categories
- Have strong knowledge of progressive lenses, anti-reflective coatings, photochromic lenses, blue-light filtering solutions and advanced lens technologies
- Explain the advantages and differences between various lens options
- Help patients make informed decisions while maintaining a premium, ethical and patient-centric approach
- Coordinate with optometrists, ophthalmologists and optical laboratories
- Manage optical orders, measurements, delivery and follow-up
- Maintain optical inventory and showroom presentation
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Contribute to the growth and development of the optical department
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in optical retail or an eye care setting
- Strong knowledge of premium-category spectacle lenses and lens technologies
- Experience in counselling patients for progressive and premium lenses is highly desirable
- Should have previous job reference and employer details
- Punctuality, integrity and being a team player is non negotiable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Patient, empathetic and confident in dealing with customers
- Ability to understand individual patient needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Monday to Saturday: 9:30am to 1:30pm, 4:30pm to 7:30pm. SUNDAY CLOSED.
