Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Officer with 10–12 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to banking operations, auditing, taxation, and financial management, along with hands-on experience in liaising with banks and handling loan processes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
Banking & Liaison
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
Handle banking transactions, reconciliations, and documentation
Liaise with banks for fund management, credit facilities, and compliance
Loan Management
Handle end-to-end loan processes including documentation, negotiation, and disbursement
Monitor loan schedules, repayments, and compliance with terms
Coordinate with financial institutions for working capital and term loans
Auditing
Coordinate internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and audit standards
Prepare audit schedules and resolve audit queries
Taxation
Manage direct and indirect tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with tax regulations
Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities as needed
Compliance & Controls
Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Strengthen internal controls and risk management practices

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
10–12 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts
Strong knowledge of banking operations, taxation, and auditing
Experience in handling loans and financial negotiations
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
