Job Summary

The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall administrative operations of the educational institute and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of campus facilities, support services, compliance, and coordination among departments. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to maintain an efficient and professional institutional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations

Manage daily administrative activities of the institute.
Ensure smooth functioning of all departments and administrative support services.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.

Facility & Campus Management

Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, maintenance, and other campus services.
Ensure proper upkeep of classrooms, offices, laboratories, hostels, and common areas.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.

Staff Supervision

Supervise administrative and support staff.
Monitor attendance, duty allocation, discipline, and performance of admin personnel.
Conduct regular meetings and ensure effective team coordination.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain institutional records, files, licenses, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with government bodies and external agencies when required.

Procurement & Inventory

Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and administrative resources.
Maintain inventory records and ensure proper utilization of assets.

Budget & Cost Control

Assist management in preparing administrative budgets.
Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective administrative operations.

Event & Coordination Management

Support organization of academic events, seminars, admissions, examinations, and meetings.
Coordinate with various departments for institutional activities and smooth execution.

Student & Visitor Support

Ensure professional handling of student, parent, and visitor queries related to administration.
Maintain a positive and service-oriented campus environment.
