Health-Focused Chef – Playmaxx Sports CaféKey Responsibilities

Food Preparation

Prepare fresh, healthy, and hygienic food and beverages daily.
Make protein shakes, smoothies, fresh juices, lemonades, sandwiches, wraps, paneer-based dishes, Maggi, salads, and healthy desserts.
Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.

Kitchen Operations

Manage day-to-day café and kitchen operations.
Maintain ingredient inventory and place purchase requests when required.
Reduce wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
Maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs.

Menu Development

Create new healthy and high-protein menu items.
Suggest seasonal specials, meal combos, and promotional offerings.
Continuously improve recipes based on customer feedback.

Hygiene & Food Safety

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
Ensure proper storage and handling of all food products.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Customer Experience

Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
Maintain food quality during busy sports and event hours.
Help create a welcoming café environment for athletes, students, and families.

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience in a café, restaurant, juice bar, bakery, or cloud kitchen.
Knowledge of healthy cooking and sports nutrition is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
