Urgent Requirement of HEAT TREATMENT INCHARGE for manufacturing industry
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate induction hardening machines as per job specifications.
Perform heat treatment processes such as induction hardening, tempering, and quenching.
Monitor process parameters including temperature, heating time, frequency, and power settings.
Ensure proper alignment and positioning of components during hardening.
Conduct hardness testing (Rockwell/Vickers) to verify product quality.
Interpret technical drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
Maintain records of heat treatment cycles, inspection reports, and production data.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of induction equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot process defects such as cracks, distortion, or improper hardness.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy or related field.
