Full job description

Executive Assistant to Managing Director

We are looking for a smart, confident and professional Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for our Amritsar office.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Managing Director in day-to-day business activities, meetings, communication, coordination and follow-ups. The role also requires strong English and Punjabi communication skills, as the candidate will assist the Managing Director in improving day-to-day professional English communication and conversational Punjabi through regular interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Managing Director in daily business activities and coordination.
Manage schedules, meetings, reminders and important follow-ups.
Assist in emails, WhatsApp communication and basic business correspondence.
Take meeting notes and prepare MOM/action points.
Coordinate with employees, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
Accompany the Managing Director for important client meetings and occasional site/business visits.
Communicate regularly in English and help improve professional/business English through day-to-day interaction.
Help improve conversational Punjabi through regular communication.
Politely correct English sentences, pronunciation and communication whenever required.
Assist with preparation and communication practice before important meetings.
Maintain complete confidentiality regarding company and business information.

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent spoken English – Mandatory
Fluent Punjabi – Mandatory
Good Hindi communication
Graduate or above
Smart, presentable and professional personality
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and documentation
Good organizational and coordination skills
Comfortable providing real-time English communication corrections
Willing to accompany the Managing Director for meetings and occasional site visits
Candidates from Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Business Communication, Corporate Training or Client Coordination backgrounds will be preferred.

Job Location: Amritsar, Punjab
Job Type: Full-time, In-person
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an in-person interview and communication assessment in Amritsar.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
