What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who understands that modern SEO is deeply connected with content, user intent, AI, and Local SEO. Someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and use AI tools to work faster and smarter while maintaining quality and accuracy.
The ideal candidate should have experience with content-driven SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, and multi-location SEO campaigns. They should understand how search behavior is evolving across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms.
If you’re curious about how content ranks on Google, Google Maps, and AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, and you enjoy experimenting with new SEO and AI workflows, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals across different industries and geographies, including multi-location and international projects
- Conduct keyword research across short-tail, long-tail, semantic, and topical clusters, and turn those insights into structured content plans
- Create and optimize high-quality content including landing pages, service pages, and blogs that are not only SEO-friendly but also conversion-focused
- Write clear, compelling website copy that aligns with search intent and drives user action, not just traffic
- Continuously improve existing content by optimizing for rankings, engagement, and conversions
- Ensure strong on-page SEO implementation including titles, meta descriptions, schema, internal linking, and overall content structure
- Manage Local SEO and Google Business Profile (GBP) campaigns, including profile optimization, multi-location SEO, local keyword targeting, service area optimization, GBP content creation, geo-tagging, posting strategies, local citation management, review management, and local ranking growth initiatives
- Perform technical, content, and competitor audits and translate findings into actionable improvements
- Execute off-page SEO activities including high-quality backlink creation, web 2.0 submissions, business directory and citation listings, and outreach for guest posting and digital PR to build domain authority and brand visibility
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini to speed up research, content creation, SERP analysis, and idea generation while maintaining originality and quality
- Experiment with AI + SEO workflows to build semantically strong, entity-rich content that can rank both on search engines and AI-driven platforms
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure proper implementation of SEO and content strategies
- Track performance using GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio, and convert data into meaningful insights and actions
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI in search, and evolving SEO trends

Who You Are
- You have hands-on experience in SEO and understand how content plays a key role in rankings and conversions
- You can write or guide content that is clear, engaging, and aligned with both search intent and business goals
- You’re familiar with concepts like Semantic SEO, topical authority, and structured content strategies
- You have practical experience with Local SEO, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, multi-location SEO, local keyword research, citation management, review management, and service area targeting
- You understand how Google Maps rankings work and can implement strategies to improve local visibility and engagement
- You’re comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow and curious to experiment further
- You can handle projects independently while also collaborating with a team
- You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and focused on results
- You stay updated with industry trends and are always looking to improve
