Position: Executive Assistant

Experience required: 0 - 2 Years

Job Location: District Anand, Gujarat

Job Description:

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality.
Monitor the operations to ensure they meet the approved systems, communicating any required changes to the production supervisor.
Maintaining detailed records of the testing that’s been carried out, as well as relevant additional information, and various metrics such as the number of defective products produced each day.
Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.

Required skills and qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Having proficiency in computers such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and other office productivity tools.
Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
Keeping utmost confidence in the office and with the high-level management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
