URGENT HIRING – DUTY MEDICAL OFFICER (DMO)
Location: Sree Sivani Multispeciality Hospital Pvt.Ltd.
Position: Duty Medical Officer (Male/Female)
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Duty Medical Officers (DMO) to join our healthcare team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Patient Assessment & Treatment
- Examine patients in OPD, IPD, Emergency, and ICU as required.
- Diagnose medical conditions and provide appropriate treatment.
2. Emergency Management
- Handle medical emergencies, trauma cases, cardiac emergencies, poisoning cases, and other critical situations.
- Provide immediate stabilization and first-line treatment.
3. Patient Admission & Discharge
- Assess patients for admission.
- Prepare discharge summaries and advice as per consultant instructions.
4. Clinical Coordination
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments to ensure quality patient care.
5. Inpatient Monitoring
- Review admitted patients regularly.
- Monitor vital signs, treatment progress, and identify complications.
6. Documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, treatment charts, medico-legal documentation, and duty reports.
7. Medical Procedures
- Perform procedures such as IV cannulation, suturing, catheterization, CPR, and emergency interventions.
- Certification/knowledge in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is preferred.
8. Medico-Legal Cases
- Handle accident, poisoning, and police cases.
- Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance.
9. Code & Emergency Calls
- Respond promptly to all emergency code calls within the hospital.
10. Patient & Attender Communication
- Explain patient condition, treatment plans, and medical advice when required.

Educational Qualification
- MBBS from a recognized Medical College.
- Completion of Compulsory Rotatory Internship.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) / State Medical Council.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Duty Medical Officer in a hospital setting.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹35,000/- per month.
