Full job description

Job Summary:

Lumirise Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Treasury & Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end banking operations, cash flow, working capital, and import-related financial activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in treasury management, forex handling, and coordination with banks and statutory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform multi-bank account reconciliation (SBI & HDFC) and ensure accuracy of all transactions
Monitor CC limits and working capital utilization, maintaining usage within defined limits (≤ 80%)
Prepare and share daily cash position reports to management by 8 AM without fail
Manage forex rate booking at various stages including order, LC, payment, and Bill of Entry
Handle invoice factoring with banks and ensure timely submission and conversion of receivables into cash
Prepare and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts and support working capital planning
Process bank payments and manage online banking activities (Maker login)
Handle LC bill discounting and coordinate with financial institutions
Generate and submit banking utilization reports (CC, LC, factoring) to management
Audit bank charges periodically and identify any discrepancies or cost leakages
Track term loan EMI payments and ensure timely servicing of liabilities
Monitor IGST on imports and ensure proper tracking and claim process
Track forex gain/loss and report impact on P&L
Process salary payments through banking channels
Manage submission of Bill of Entry (BoE) documents to banks and verify import documentation
Handle LC opening, amendments, and closures in line with import cycles
Manage Bank Guarantees (BG) and related documentation
Coordinate with CHA for payments (DO, BoE, liner charges) and negotiate costs
Verify all import-related documents including BoE to avoid discrepancies
Conduct customs duty audits including classification, valuation, and duty verification
Perform IGCR bond reconciliation and ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain proper filing, documentation, and records for audits and compliance
Work on Bitrix or similar systems for task tracking and reporting

Key Performance Expectations:

Ensure 100% on-time submission of daily cash reports
Maintain working capital utilization within defined limits
Achieve timely factoring and cash flow targets
Ensure error-free import documentation with zero customs disputes
Provide accurate and timely forex and financial reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
3–7 years of relevant experience in treasury and accounts (manufacturing/import industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of banking operations (CC, LC, BG, factoring)
Experience in import/export documentation and customs procedures
Good understanding of forex transactions and working capital management
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/financial systems (Bitrix preferred)
Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
