Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a passion for understanding user behavior, creating visually appealing interfaces, and collaborating with development teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research and gather user requirements.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop visually appealing UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Improve existing products by analyzing user feedback and usability metrics.
Maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all applications.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

Proficiency in:
Figma
Adobe XD (preferred)
Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts is an added advantage.
Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline.
Candidates from Design, Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related fields are preferred.
Freshers with strong portfolios and project experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or project experience in UI/UX design.
Experience designing dashboards, mobile applications, SaaS products, or enterprise software.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
