Examine and interpret laboratory specimens, including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, cytology, and histopathology samples, as applicable.
Analyze laboratory findings and provide accurate diagnostic reports.
Correlate laboratory results with clinical information to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Supervise laboratory operations and ensure compliance with established protocols and quality standards.
Review and validate laboratory test results before release.
Ensure proper specimen handling, processing, storage, and disposal procedures.
Participate in quality assurance, quality control, proficiency testing, and accreditation activities.
Investigate abnormal, critical, or unexpected laboratory results and recommend appropriate follow-up actions.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential laboratory records and reports.
Monitor laboratory safety practices and infection-control procedures.
Assist in the selection, validation, and implementation of laboratory equipment and testing methodologies.
Train, mentor, and supervise laboratory personnel when required.

Pay: ₹38,035.32 - ₹146,506.09 per month
