Office Assistant (Accounts & Customer Support)

Job Summary:

MI Solutions is looking for a sincere, enthusiastic, and computer-skilled Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for system-based work, bill entry, maintaining records, and attending customer calls in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter sales and purchase bills into the computer software accurately.
Maintain digital records, customer details, and office documents.
Attend incoming customer calls and provide basic product/order-related information.
Coordinate with customers for enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure proper filing and smooth day-to-day office operations.

Required Qualification & Skills:

Any Degree (B.Sc./B.Com/B.A. or equivalent).
Candidates with a science or mathematics background will be preferred.
Good knowledge of computers is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) is essential.
Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
Ability to learn office software and work systematically.

Eligibility:

Age: 18 to 25 years only.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates residing in or near Visakhapatnam will be preferred.
