Job Description

The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Controlling key parameters like rejections, spillage, EFM %, productivity
Monitoring and Controlling process parameters as per process setting chart.
Follow safe work practices, Using safeguards and personal protective equipment
Preparing shift wise production report, down time report and pre foaming report
Rejection analysis and taking corrective actions on it
Generation and Implementation of Ideas for improvement and Cost control activities
Active involvement in 5S, TQM/KAIZEN activities / QMS / EOHS Management System
Co-ordinate and Implementation of Policies, rules & regulation, Procedures, Work Instructions, Operational Control Procedure and related forms; update the relevant records with respect to ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001 Management Systems & customer requirements.
