About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Admissions to support student recruitment and admissions activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counseling, and relationship management skills with the ability to achieve admission targets while ensuring an excellent applicant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility, admissions process, and career opportunities.
Drive student admissions by achieving monthly and annual enrollment targets.
Manage the complete admissions lifecycle from inquiry generation to enrollment.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Coordinate admission events, education fairs, seminars, webinars, and campus visits.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporate organizations, and educational consultants.
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and admissions in the CRM.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admissions reports and MIS.
Coordinate with academic, finance, and operations teams for seamless student onboarding.
Support scholarship processing, documentation, and admission compliance requirements.
Identify new student outreach opportunities and contribute to admissions strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
4–7 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, sales, or business development, preferably in higher education.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong counseling and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admissions management systems.
Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel for outreach activities and admission events.
