Full job description

Donutopia is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to lead our pastry kitchen and ensure the consistent production of high-quality donuts and bombolones. If you are passionate about baking, have strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day pastry kitchen operations.
Prepare premium donuts, bombolones, fillings, glazes, and toppings.
Lead, train, and supervise the pastry team.
Maintain product consistency, quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Plan production schedules and minimize wastage.
Ensure smooth kitchen operations and inventory control.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef.
Hands-on expertise in donuts and bombolones is mandatory.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a commercial bakery environment.

Salary & Benefits
