Job Description – Receptionist ( Lobby-Incharge - Automobile Dealership)

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers visiting the showroom or service center.
Register walk-in customers and maintain visitor records.
Guide customers to the appropriate sales or service executive.
Ensure customers are comfortable while waiting (offer seating, refreshments, etc.).
Answer basic customer inquiries and direct complex queries to the relevant department.
Coordinate with sales, service, CRM, and insurance teams.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/lobby area.
Handle incoming phone calls and schedule appointments if required.
Record customer feedback and escalate complaints when necessary.
Prepare daily footfall and visitor reports.

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Customer service orientation.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is an advantage).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Qualification

12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in front office, customer service, hospitality, or automobile dealership is often preferred, though some employers hire freshers.
