Role Overview
You will work closely with multiple brands, owning their content and communication needs across campaigns, ads, and social media.
From writing scroll-stopping hooks and high-converting ad scripts to conceptualizing visuals and collaborating with design teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping how brands
communicate online.
This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role where you’ll manage multiple brands and create content across formats, audiences, and platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Write compelling ad scripts, social media copy, UGC concepts, and campaign communication across formats.
- Create content for 15–30 second ads, short-form videos, social campaigns, long-form videos, and brand storytelling pieces.
- Translate visual ideas into clear written prompts and scene descriptions, especially for AI-generated video workflows.
- Understand platform-specific communication styles across Meta, Instagram, Google, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.
- Develop multiple creative angles and concepts tailored to different target audiences and intent stages.
- Research competitors, trends, audience behavior, and winning ad formats to create high-performing content.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to execute visual storytelling and creative direction.
- Work directly with CSMs and clients to understand feedback, iterate quickly, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage content requirements for multiple brands simultaneously with speed and precision.
- Stay updated with social media trends, internet culture, and what leading brands are doing in the digital space.
- Ensure all communication is polished, error-free, and aligned with brand tonality.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in creative writing, copywriting, advertising, content marketing, or script writing.
- Strong understanding of advertising communication and conversion-focused writing.
- Ability to write engaging hooks, compelling narratives, and performance-driven content.
- Ability to think visually and collaborate effectively with designers and creative teams.
- Excellent command over grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity working with AI creative & content generation tools is a must.
- Strong understanding of audience psychology and how content performs across platforms.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands.
- High ownership mindset and ability to independently manage projects end-to-end.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
- Deep interest in social media trends, advertising, pop culture, and digital content
formats.
