Job Summary:

A Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They act as the first point of contact between the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain customer records and update databases
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Escalate complex issues to higher authorities when required
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong problem-solving abilities
Good listening skills and patience
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively

Qualifications:

Minimum: Intermediate / Any Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years in customer service (preferred but not mandatory)

Working Conditions:

Flexible shifts (including night shifts if required)
Work from office or remote (depending on company policy)

Customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
First call resolution (FCR)
Average handling time (AHT)
Quality of service
