JD For Applied Maths

Teaches senior secondary students (Classes 11 and 12) under curricula like the CBSE Applied Mathematics framework. This role focuses on practical financial literacy, statistics, and real-world problem-solving instead of pure theoretical abstraction.

Key Topics in Applied Mathematics

Financial Mathematics: Perpetuity, sinking funds, bonds, and EMI calculations.
Statistics & Probability: Descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and probability distributions.
Numerical Applications: Modulo arithmetic, boats and streams, and alligator/coding-decoding models.
Calculus & Algebra: Applied derivatives and integrals used in economics and business trends.

Essential Qualifications for PGT

Post-Graduation: Master’s degree in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics.
Professional Degree: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
Skill Set: Competency in handling practical, application-based tool sets like spreadsheets and data analytics for senior students.
