Join Bala Mandir’s Kinship Care Program – Empower COVID-19-Impacted Children
Bala Mandir, a leading NGO, has launched the Kinship Care Program, one of the first in India to support children affected by COVID-19. This initiative currently benefits 2,500 children under 12 years across 15 districts of Tamil Nadu.
Through this program, Bala Mandir is creating ‘Virtual Homes’, providing holistic development and dedicated support from field social workers in each district.
We are seeking Field Social Workers for Vellore preferably those who live near by.
Eligibility:
✅ MSW with 3+ years of experience or graduates with relevant expertise
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Meet, Skype, and digital tools
✅ Passion for child welfare and community development
