THE ROLE

Most briefs don't say "make this beautiful." They say, "Make this work." The best designers know those are the same thing. At Kreativ Street, you'll shape how assigned brands show up visually across social, presentations, infographics, everything. Not the person who executes after the thinking is done. The person who thinks while executing. You'll work alongside writers and video creators who raise the bar. The pace is real. The standard doesn't drop.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the visual language of brands. Build social content, deck designs, infographics, and assets that feel native to the brand — not like templates with logos dropped in.
Design for scroll, not showcase. Understand what stops a thumb on Instagram, what works on LinkedIn, what format each platform demands. Format awareness is taste.
Move between brand worlds. Hold multiple identities in your head without letting them blur into one house style that belongs to nobody.
Know the difference between fast and right. Speed is expected. Judgment about when a trend lands vs. when it dates the work in three weeks — that's what separates designers from production.
Design decks, infographics, and visual systems. PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe — whatever the brief needs. Not just slides. Visual arguments that persuade.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1–3 years in an agency or content-driven environment. Not internal comms. Places where quality was the entry price, not the exception.
Adobe Creative Suite speed. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign — actually fast, actually precise. Not "I've used it."
A portfolio that shows thinking. Range is good. Distinctiveness is better. Work that makes sense, not just work that looks good.
Typography instincts. You know how type carries voice, controls pace, and either builds trust or quietly breaks it.
Social platform fluency. You don't just know the specs. You've spent enough time on these platforms to feel what lands.
Willingness to explore AI tools. Mood-boarding, asset variation, ideation. Not to replace your work — to sharpen it.
Figma comfort. Collaboration, components, design systems. The standard tool for agency work now.

YOU'RE PROBABLY RIGHT FOR THIS IF

You've redesigned something unprompted — a billboard, a brand's Instagram grid, a packaging label — because it was bothering you.
You know the difference between beautiful and right, and you know the second one is harder.
You self-edit before anyone else does, and you're usually correct.
Submitting work you're not proud of, even on deadline, genuinely bothers you.
When a brief is loose, you bring options and let the work ask the questions.

THIS PROBABLY ISN'T FOR YOU IF

Your work looks stunning in isolation but doesn't sound like the brand it was made for.
You need an interesting brief to give your full attention.
"Good enough" feels like a valid answer under pressure.
Feedback on your work feels like criticism instead of sharpening.
Your portfolio is a collection of aesthetics with no visible thinking behind them.
