Roles & Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and provide technical support for radiology equipment such as X-Ray, C-Arm, DR, CR, Mammography.
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues related to radiology systems.
Attend customer service calls promptly and provide effective technical solutions.
Maintain detailed service reports, maintenance records, and installation documentation.
Provide basic operational training and guidance to doctors, technicians, and end users.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during service activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Travel extensively to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and emergency service support
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field.
Experience in servicing Radiology Equipment such as X-Ray, C-Arm, DR, CR, Mammography, or Cath Lab systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
