Key Responsibilities

Monitoring: Track brand mentions, reviews, and comments on social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, etc.), Google My Business, and forums.
Response Management: Provide timely and professional responses to queries, complaints, and compliments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Crisis Management: Identify potential PR crises and mitigate damage by addressing negative content promptly.
Reporting: Analyze data to prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sentiment reports, trend analysis, and insights for brand managers.
Strategy: Implement strategies for generating positive reviews and content.
