Assistant Manager - Waluj
1) Responsible for preparation of MIS on monthly, quarterly, Annual Basis.
2) Responsible for Quarter, Half Yearly, and Annual Audited financials and Annual Reports.
3) Ensuring 100% Compliances in all statutory payment and returns.
4) Implementation of Accounting standards/IFRS.
5) Coordination with Internals, Statutory and GST Auditors.
6) IFC Review and Compliances.
7) Various MIS reporting
8) Treasury Handling.
Candidate Profile:
Should have experience of IFRS/ Accounting standards and finalization of financials of 8-10 years, Good knowledge of accounting standards, indes,knowledge of income tax and TDS laws. Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of SAP and Good command on excel, Microsoft office and power point. Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT Laws, Experience in implementation of IFC and review on periodical basis.
Young and dynamic final completed CA 6-8 Years in manufacturing and engineering industry is necessary/Preferable and cnadidate should worked on corporate office.
Detailed Justification- Need manager position in finance and accounts department for review of day to dat activity, MIS, Preparation of financials, audits, IFC is required.

M.COM, Experience - 8 to 10 years, should have a knowledge of PF, PT, ESIC, Bonus, Microsoft excel, office, PPT etc. SAP knowledge must. Knowledge of gratuity calculation, leave encasement and full and final working is must.
Detailed Justification/ Job Description:
Verification of pay elements in SAP, Payroll Area, Sub Area for Prof. Tax and Income tax calculation
Accuracy of Earnings (Basic, HRA, Allowances) & Deductions (PT, PF, ESIC, NPS, SA)
Salary Reconciliation – Last vs Current Month, Variations with Remarks
Timely preparation of Bank File, Approval & Salary JV Posting
Processing within 7 days of receipt, Gratuity/Leave encashment as per Act
Preparation, Actuarial Valuation & SAP Entries
Actuarial valuation on Quarterly basis and accordingly passing the entries in the books. PT, ESIC, PF, TDS on Salaries, MLWB, Quarterly 24Q Filing and timely payment as per due date
Resolution of payroll related queries
Bonus payment to left employees
Collaboration with HR & resolving the issues of Employees
Error-free, Payroll Data & Continuous Improvements
Correctness of Form 16, Transfer of unpaid wages/bonus to Govt.
Supporting cross-functional teams in payroll & compliance.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 per year
