Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Architect to take ownership of architectural execution from drawing to delivery. The ideal candidate is not a desk-bound designer but a site-focused professional who can independently drive coordination, resolve on-ground challenges, and ensure that built work mirrors approved drawings with precision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Independent Drawing Execution
· Prepare, modify, and finalize architectural drawings using AutoCAD with high accuracy.
· Convert design intent into detailed, construction-ready drawings (GFC).
· Update drawings promptly based on site conditions, structural inputs, and MEP coordination.
2. Complete Site Coordination & Execution
· Act as the primary architectural interface between consultants, contractors, and site engineers.
· Ensure all site activities align with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
· Coordinate with structural, plumbing, electrical, and landscape teams to resolve clashes.
3. Quality Assurance as per Approved Drawings
· Conduct regular site visits (daily/weekly as required) to verify execution compliance.
· Identify deviations and immediately flag / rectify discrepancies.
· Maintain site observation logs and ensure non-conforming work is corrected.
4. On-Site Issue Resolution
· Quickly resolve on-site architectural issues (level differences, opening misalignments, material discrepancies).
· Provide practical, buildable solutions without compromising design or structural safety.
· Escalate only critical issues; handle 80% of problems independently.
5. Drawing Updates & As-Built Documentation
· Track all site changes and update drawings to reflect actual execution (red-line markups → CAD).
· Maintain version control of drawings and ensure latest sets are always used on site.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Software: Strong command over AutoCAD (Layer management, plotting, revisions). Knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is a plus.
· Execution Mindset, Site Management, Problem Solving
· Communication: Fluency in [Marathi/Hindi/English] to coordinate across teams.
· Independence: Can own a tower or block with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Experience
· B.Arch (preferred) or Diploma in Architecture with relevant experience.
· 5–7 years of experience, with minimum 3 years in site execution & coordination role.
· Proven track record of delivering at least 2–3 residential/commercial projects from slab to finishing stage.

· Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable wearing a hard hat.
· Meticulous about drawing accuracy and site quality.
· Strong ownership mentality – treats project as their own.
