Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Himachal Pradesh, India
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We are looking for a hyper-organized, go-getter Executive Assistant to be the operational heartbeat of our resort. You will wear multiple hats—acting as the right hand to the management team while driving sales, organizing HR processes, managing schedules, and keeping our databases locked tight. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love being the go-to person for everything, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Guest Relations

Make outbound B2B and B2C sales calls, handle inquiries, and drive resort bookings.
Maintain and block the reservation database to ensure zero overbooking.
Assist in managing correspondence with travel agents and corporate clients.

Human Resources

Manage initial HR communications, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate the onboarding process and maintain up-to-date staff files.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and shift schedules. [1]

Executive Support & Administration

Manage and optimize complex management calendars, prioritizing meetings and appointments.
Handle incoming calls, route inquiries, and manage internal/external communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, and manage general office correspondences.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Resort Administrator, or similar administrative/sales role.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local languages.
Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in CRM software, and similar technology
High multitasking ability and grace under pressure in a bustling resort environment.
