Key Responsibilities

Process customer purchases accurately using the billing/POS system.
Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
Generate invoices, receipts, and warranty or certification documents as required.
Verify product details, pricing, discounts, and promotional offers before billing.
Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily sales at the end of each shift.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Assist customers with billing queries, payment options, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and statutory regulations.
Support inventory and administrative tasks when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional billing counter.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–3 years of cashier or billing experience, preferably in a jewellery, luxury retail, or retail environment.
Familiarity with POS systems and billing software.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures.

Key Performance Indicators

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,340.95 per month
